Water Tunnel

The Water Tunnel is an engineered piping system specifically designed to relieve hydrostatic pressure buildup around the foundation. Notched holes on both sides of the Water Tunnel allow for water to be collected from the footing/wall joints, and from under the floor. The Water Tunnel’s unique bottomless design allows for water to flow into the Water Tunnel faster to KEEP WATER OUT OF YOUR BASEMENT. Non-Clogging

The Water Tunnel is designed to sit on top of the footing to prevent it from clogging, rather than down in the dirt and mud like many other drainage systems. The Water Tunnel is surrounded by filter lock to further filter out sediment from under the floor.

How does the Geo Channel Work?
The soil around and under our foundations saturates with water when there is a heavy rain. The water in the soil needs to be released from the soil before it can drain to the sump pump and be evacuated away from your home. The Geo Channel’s unwoven fabric effectively releases the water from the soil at a rate of over 100gpm. It allows the water to enter the drainage core along the entire length and height of the Geo Channel. The Geo Channel releases the hydrostatic pressure so effectively and efficiently that it never has a chance to build up. The fabric holds back the soil but allows the water to pass through the soil and through the fabric. The Geo Channel is specifically engineered not to clog, except in rare iron oxide soils, where everyting plugs.
