Repairing a wet basement by pumping the captured water through a quality pump is the heartbeat of your basement water control system. Our sump pump is trustworthy; it will out-pump, and runs on about one-half the electricity of most major sump pump brands. The float switch will not hang up in the sump basin, as well as running super quiet.

A quality working sump and battery backup sump pump, with good working check valves in place, is the life saving pulse to the sump pump system in preventing a wet basement. With the hand tightening pressure grip system, eliminating the hose clamps, our check valve is the easiest one on the market to install. The check valve is designed so it is very easy to remove and replace sump pump if necessary.

A flooded basement can be prevented with an installation of a properly installed sump basin, which will preserve and give longevity to our quality sump pump and emergency battery backup pump. Battery Backup Sump Pump

If the sump pump should fail or you encounter the loss of electricity, an automatic backup sump pump is necessary, to prevent a flooding basement. Also referred to as, sump pump battery backup, sump pump back up, sump pump stand by system, others refer to them as, battery sump pump, battery backup sump pump, battery operated sump pump, etc. What they are is an emergency pump that draws its power from a battery and pumps the water outside, of your leaky basement, during the loss of electricity or failure of the sump pump discharge.

We install a quality battery sump pump that operates automatically and sounds a warning whistle when it runs so you can investigate the problem. To work properly and prevent a leaky basement, installation is very important. A good sump and sump pump battery backup go hand and hand in keeping a dry basement. When the lights go out, you can be assured that you have quality equipment to keep your basement dry and protected.

Underground Pop-up System

The sump systems can be discharged by a pipe under the ground to a pop-up that directs the water to a drive-way or over a curb. The pop-up can also be used for a gutter down spout.

The Pop-up accepts 3" & 4" black corrugated drain tile pipe, which we recommend using so it doesn't break during freezing weather. Easy to install with good directions.

High Water Alarm System

For a very minor wet basement water problem a high water alert system can be installed. They are sometimes called sump pump alarms. It does not pump water, but warns you that the leaky basement water level is rising in the sump basin.

The advantage of using our style of basement flooding alarm is assurance that it will work in a potential leaky basement flooding emergency. The last thing anybody wants is their dry basement flooded, so a basement sump pump alarm "That Works" is mandatory. Our style of sump pump alarm is powered by electricity and a 9-volt battery backup. The basement flooding alarm chirps if the battery goes dead. This gives assurance that the basement flooding control system will work when you have lost power, warning of a possible flooded basement.

Sump Pumps and Basins

A quality sump basin and proper installation are many times overlooked as being important. Having to redo an improper sump barrel installation or replace damaged sump pumps because of washed in sand or sediments can be very costly.

A proper installation, as well as a quality sump basin, (sump pit) are both equally important to conquer your leaking basement problem. Our sump basin is built strong structurally and has a wide flat bottom for easy sump installation. For your safety and security the sump pump basin lid will support over 250#. Good waterproofing requires the correct amount and kind of rock to install around the sump barrel. (Proper installation and kind of rock information can be obtained with an order.) A proper sump basin installation is the waterproofing key to the life and longevity of the sump pump. A quality sump basin, sump pump and emergency pumping and warning system are essential, for a dry and comfortable basement. Use a sump and basin system that has a proven track record to insure a dry basement.
