Waterproof Surface and Prevent Mold

Both sealers give permanent protection to most exterior and interior surfaces. UV protection is excellent giving extended protection far beyond most other sealers. Both X-tend™ and X-tenda color sealers provide a clear color and penetrate into the concrete 1/8" or more, sealing the pours in the concrete, wood, fiberglass, plastic, and metal eliminating water leakage and preventing over 99% of mold growth on the walls sealed. These quality sealers are impervious to adverse weather conditions, UV-rays, salts, most acids and chemicals allowing them to be used in numerous commercial and industrial applications. Hiding your basement walls with paneling sheetrock, plastic, etc. is not going to eliminate the mold growth. To accomplish that you need to stop the moisture and eliminate the dirt of which both feed the growth of mold. Both sealers will accomplish this for you. Most sealers cannot stop mold growth, for it will grow underneath the sealer causing real problems. When sealing basement walls, using a quality basement waterproofing product is important and keeps you out of trouble. Important to know; where humid conditions are present, moisture may condense on top of the sealed area. A dehumidifier may be necessary in some waterproofed basements, in high humidity areas, to prevent condensation on the wall.

X-tenda Color Sealer can be Colored

A very durable clear sealer that can have color pigment added to obtain the color of your choice. It can be used in numerous applications such as, cisterns, basement walls and floors, garage floors, driveways, patios, commercial floors, parking ramps, USDA areas, milking parlors, roofs, log homes, decks, blacktop driveways, etc. Marina uses "are outstanding". X-tenda Color is one of the best sealers on the market for boats and yacht bottoms. It protects the upper portions of boat decks as well, also great for protecting your sailboat sails from UV deterioration and tearing. Barnacles will not stick to the boat bottom and makes cleanup of seaweed, algae and scum easy by wiping it down with a sponge. Other marine uses are on wood decks and concrete dock slabs that greatly extends their protection and life.

Both sealers have penetration UV qualities, way beyond the norm to protect them from break down, deterioration and yellowing, which makes them permanent life time sealers. Both of these quality sealers eliminate the resealing on a regular basis, that is necessary with thinner type sealers that evaporate away. Many industrial and commercial applications can be done to prevent moisture penetration into the building, not to mention many interior applications.
