Gary and Arlene Resch started in the basement business over 40 years ago - tackling wet basements as a local contractor, doing basement waterproofing and solving other basement problems. They also did a little general contracting of concrete and carpenter work on the side until the wet basement business grew to full time. They used products from other basement waterproofing and wall anchor supply companies to do their jobs. Unfortunately, not all companies are interested in a quality product, some are more interested in the almighty dollar and are not completely honest with the grade of their product. The Resch’s, being people of integrity went back and repaired or replaced over 400 bad basement waterproofing systems and several buckling wall systems where the basement wall anchor system failed. This is what forced them to develop quality systems that would do the job and give a product working edge in performance, to their customers.

About 5 years ago their son-in-law took over their local basement waterproofing and foundation repair business. So Gary, Arlene and Greg, their son, started selling their quality products to other contractors that needed to solve wet basement and basement bowing wall problems. They felt that other basement waterproofing and foundation repair contractors should have the opportunity to sell with integrity, products of superior quality. They have invented, developed and added several proven quality products to their line. They are equipped with some very good engineer certified products to solve almost any basement problem.
