 X-tend™ and X-tenda Color
Penetrating Wall Sealers

X-tend™ is a clear sealer that will permanently seal & penetrate into concrete 1/8" or more.  With this kind of penetration it stops mold growth, eliminates most of the effervescence & gives a permanent protection against oils, water & most acids & chemicals. Also X-tend™ can be applied on fiberglass & most plastics.  This makes it a good sealer to use on boats & yachts.  The sealer eliminates most of the problems of the growth of seaweed, algae, scum, barnacles, etc.  Here are just a few places both of our sealers can help out around the home, concrete or blacktop driveway, garage floor, sidewalk, patio, brick, stone, stucco, wood siding, wood shakes, log home, decks, canvas, sails, etc.  A permanent sealer that eliminates resealing every 1-3 years resulting in less cost & time saved.  The sealers waterproof, protect & breathe, which is a very important characteristic of a sealer.  It can be easily applied by brush, roller or hand sprayer.

X-tenda Color sealer is in our family of sealers, with a silicone base, that also penetrates 1/8" or more & protects just about any surface it is applied to, including metals.  It has over 300% stretch ability.  When applied to metals it won't rub off, but maintains a permanent adhesion & protective qualities.   It has a working temperature range from -70 ° to 400 ° which allows you to apply it to most surfaces.   One of the outstanding characteristics of X-tenda Color sealer, it is water soluble & application equipment can be cleaned up with soap & water.  The sky is the limit of places X-tenda color sealers can be used, such as, municipal water tanks, (inside & out) storage silos, warehouse floors, parking ramps, food processing areas, ships, tankers, trucks, screening & straining equipment as well as numerous kinds of factory equipment.  Also, can be easily applied by brush, roller or hand sprayer.   Both sealers are warranted for replacement of the product, as long as you own the property, except in high traffic areas such as, forklift, vehicle or excessive foot traffic.  Over the long run these sealers are very inexpensive & do an exceptional sealing & protecting job.
